Return & refund policy

If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom-tailored and sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How to return

1. Call or WhatsApp us on 01711-000000 with your order number.
2. We'll arrange a pickup (free inside Dhaka, ৳100 outside Dhaka).
3. Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 3 working days.

Refunds

COD orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
